|How long does it take to set up a learner?||
One (1) business day. If you paid for a learner to have access through an invoice or quote, our team will process and register that learner within one (1) business day with the exception of federally observed holidays.
If you have additional needs and questions regarding registration, you can email email@example.com and we will reply within one (1) business day.
|How long does it take to register a large group of learners or other learners?||One (1) business day. You will also receive an email from our Servicing and Operations team confirming that your learners are set up in the system.|
|What if I want access to the Learner Management System but I don't need to take a course?||
We can provide you with access to the Learner Management System even if you don't have a course assigned to you.
If you purchased the Yellow and/or Green Belt license, your access should be available within 15 minutes of a successful transaction from our website (GoLeanSixSigma.com).
If you purchased the Black Belt license, your access will be processed within one (1) business day. This is due to the verification of your Green Belt certification prior to access to Black Belt.
If you purchase the license through a custom quote and/or invoice, your access will be available within one (1) business day upon a successful transaction.
If you purchase through your company and are going through procurement, your access is available within one (1) business day upon receiving a confirmed:
- Purchase Order from your company
- Payment Advice Confirmation
- Fully Executed Service Agreement
- Fully Executed Quote Agreement
We will provide an invoice and the due date of your payment upon receiving the information above. We operate on a net 15 term by default; our sales team can work with you to ensure a smooth onboarding experience if you require amendments to the contract, quote, and Service Agreement.
Our Learning Management System is provided by Litmos. Your access will be provided through an automated email from this system. This email will give you detailed instructions on how to log in and start/continue your course material.
If you can't find the email, it may be in your junk or spam inbox. For additional help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within one (1) business day.
We also have the option for your organization to acquire a SCORM file for your own internal usage of our courses. If you require SCORM delivery and servicing, please contact email@example.com.
