My course is not loading properly. What do I do?

Below are a few things to try that may resolve the issue you're experiencing.

    2. Restart your browser
    3. Log back into your account: https://glss.litmos.com
  • Alternative options:
    • Try an incognito browser
    • Ensure that your operating system is fully updated and you are on a high-speed internet connection
    • Try another browser/device (desktop/laptop/phone/tablet)

Lastly, sometimes organizations have firewalls enabled that prevent users from accessing our courses. To test this, please attempt to access the course with a different internet connection.
