My payment failed. What should I do?

In order for a payment to process, the Billing Details entered during the checkout process must match the Card Holder's details. 

If you are having trouble and the details do not match, you will need to follow these steps: 

  1. Visit this link to choose and add your desired course to your cart:
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Under the “Who are you registering” area, select “Another Person,” then follow the instructions listed in the web browser (you’ll be the other person)
  4. Fill out the Billing Details with the Card Holder's details
  5. Complete your payment
  6. You will then receive access to training via email within one business day
